Artikelbeschreibung:


Regenerierbarer, basischer Anionenaustauscher mit hoher Silikatselektivität. Bindet restliche Silikate im Permeat (Reinwasser der Umkehrosmoseanlage). 1.000 ml binden bis zu 10.000 mg Silikat. Vor allem hohe Kieselsäureanteile im Leitungswasser stellen oft trotz Verwendung von Umkehrosmosewasser ein Problem in der Aquaristik dar. Bei einer Kieselsäurekonzentration von 5 mg im Leitungswasser und einer Rückhaltequote von 95 % einer Umkehrosmoseanlage bleibt immer noch eine Rest-Kieselsäurekonzentration von 0,25 mg im Permeat erhalten. Bereits diese Konzentration kann schon zu einem Kieselalgenproblem führen.
