Mindestens 3h im Khlschrank ruhen lassen. In einen geeigneten Siphon fllen und mit N20 Patrone(n) begasen. Je nach gewnschter Stabilitt 0,5 bis 2,5% (100 ml Flssigkeit = 2,5 g Espuma cold).
