Entwickelt von Vital Gourmet.

Saftig , locker und doch eine wunderbare Kruste ! 

Auch für Weckerl  und Kornspitz  bestens geeignet !

So präsentiert sich die neue gluten-und laktosefreie  Backmischung !

Erhältlich in 500g ,3kg Kübel oder im 20kg Sack

Zubereitung:

1000g Hausbrotmischung ( Vital Gourmet )
940ml lauwarmes Wasser (ca. 38°C)
1 Würfel Frischgerm oder 2 Pkg. Trockenhefe á 7g (von Werz)
             
2-4 TL gehäuftes Brotgewürz ( von Vital Gourmet)
je nach Lust und Liebe können Sie Sonnenblumenkerne, Leinsamen, Kürbiskerne,
Nüsse, oder Sesam,..... je nach Geschmack beigeben:)


Ergibt 2 Brote mit je 950g 


1. Backofen  auf 230°C Heißluft,  Ober- u. Unterhitze, oder Umluft vorheizen.

2. Ein Backblech auf den Boden des Backrohrs stellen.

3. Warmes Wasser mit der Hefe in die Rührschüssel geben und gut aufrühren.

4. Hausbrotmehlmischung, Brotgewürz und evtl. Saaten in die Rührschüssel beifügen und auf hoher Stufe ca 3-4 min zu einem weichen Teig kneten !

5. Den Teig auf eine bemehlte Arbeitsfläche geben.

6. Halbieren sie den Teig und arbeiten sie den Teig mit etwas Mehl zu zwei schönen, glatten Brotlaiben oder Wecken.

7. Nehmen sie ein kleines Sieb mit glutenfreiem Mehl und sieben sie etwas auf das fertig geformte Brot.

8. Danach machen sie mit einem Messer ca. 1cm tiefe,  3-4x schöne diagonale Einschnitte.

9. Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech die Brotlaibe geben und 20 min ruhen lassen, danach in das Backrohr schieben!

10. ca 80ml warmes Wasser auf das vorgeheizte untere Backblech gießen ( Backofentür sofort schließen - Dampfentwicklung )

11. Auf 200°c zurückschalten und 35min lang backen !

12.Brot aus dem Ofen nehmen, abkühlen lassen und ofenfrisch genießen !


Tipp:  Brot etwa  2 Stunden auskühlen lassen und nochmal bei 200°c ca 15-20 min                      backen. " Doppelt gebacken - tolle Kruste "

Very Durable and keeps dog busy

We have a dog who loves to chew up EVERYTHING!! She is constantly getting into things and if she can't reach an item of interest, she will find a way to get it, even if it means jumping up on the counter or pool table. LOL. We've tried every puzzle toy and treat you can imagine to keep her busy and tire her out mentally, but nothing really worked that well. She would figure the puzzles out quickly and become board with them after several uses, and preferred to try and chew up the plastic instead. Treats, like bully sticks, that should last a "long time" were gone within 10 minutes. I didn't have high hopes for this product given the history of our dog, but I WAS WRONG!!! The treat was already in the ball when it arrived, so I gave it to her like that. She licked, pawed, and chewed at this treat for hours and did not get board with it. She wore down a little of the dome shape on the treat by the end of the night, but there was still a lot left when I took it up. I gave it to her again the next evening and again it kept her busy. By the third day, the treat was worn down to a ring shape so I took the treat out of the ball and gave it to her. She ate it in about 3 minutes. After examining the ball, it is still in good shape with no damage like we found with hard plastic toys like the kong wobbler. We will definitely be ordering the refills to use with this ball. Best product we have found for busy, destructive dogs who become board easily.
