Nach der Destillation in El Salvador wurde der Rum zunächst in Bourbonfässern gereift, bevor er eine Veredelung in Ferrand- und Red Pineau des Charentes-Weinfässern erfuhr – eine Kombination, die für komplexe Aromen und Tiefe sorgt.
