Das Spitzenmodell der SLX-Serie

Die Shimano SLX DC XT 71 ist eine Baitcaster für kleine Finesseköder bis hin zu mittelgroßen Crankbaits und Swimbaits. Dabei ist sie für ein Wurfgewicht von 7 bis 35 Gramm ausgelegt. Dieses Modell ist das Spitzenmodell aus der Serie und entsprechend voll gepackt mit den besten Technologien. Sie vereint die Direktheit einer Baitcaster mit der Vielseitigkeit und Leichtigkeit einer Spinnrolle. Dies merkt man insbesondere am Wurfgewicht. Mit der SLX DC XT 71 kannst du auch sehr kleine Köder noch werfen und in einem Bereich fischen, wo sie sogar mit speziellen BFS-Baitcastern konkurriert. Gleichzeitig kannst du mit ihr aber auch etwas größere Köder fischen und sie auch mal etwas mehr beanspruchen, was zum Beispiel mit einer BFS nicht mehr geht. Diese Vielseitigkeit verdankt sie unter anderem dem ausgeklügelten Bremssystem.

i-DC 5 und mehr für herausragende Wurfperformance

Die Shimano SLX DC XT 71 hat das i-DC 5 Intelligent Digital Control Bremssystem. Diese ist ein digitales Bremssystem, welches nach entsprechenden manuellen Voreinstellung die Bremsleistung beim Wurf automatisch anpasst und somit Wurfweite und -präzision optimiert, gleichzeitig die Backlashgefahr reduziert. Das Bremssystem hat 2 Regler. Der erste, interne Regler ist für den Schnurtyp. Hier kann eingestellt werden, ob die Rolle mit Nylon, Fluorocarbon oder Geflecht bespult ist. Der zweite Regler ist extern und hat 4 halbautomatische Einstellmöglichkeiten, welche an die Ködergröße angepasst werden. Zusätzlich gibt es eine mit W gekennzeichnete Funktion, welche bei Wind es ermöglicht, trotzdem entspannt zu werfen. Erfreulicherweise wird keine Batterie benötigt, da das System von durch die Spulenrotation gewonnene Energie gespeist wird. Zusätzlich sind weitere Systeme bzw. Technologien für die herausragenden Wurfleistungen mitverantwortlich. Die extrem leichte MGL III Spule sorgt insbesondere in Verbindung mit einer geflochtenen Schnur mit entsprechend niedrigem Eigengewicht dafür, dass sie ganz besonders weich und leicht läuft. Das S3D Design reduziert dabei Vibrationen, was der Wurfweite ebenfalls zugute kommt, aber auch der generellen Performance. Zu guter letzt wäre das noch das Level Wind System, welches für eine sehr saubere Schnurverlegung sorgt. Bekanntlich auch ein Faktor, der der Wurfperformance zugute kommt.

Weitere technische Finessen

Abgesehen von diversen Technologien und Features für die Wurfperformance, kann die Shimano SLX DC XT 71 auch mit weiteren technischen Finessen aufwarten. Diese tolle Baitcaster hat ein leichtes, aber sehr starkes Hagane-Gehäuse, welches an der Seite von ultraleichten Ci4+ Seitenplatten flankiert wird. Diese leichte Konstruktion sorgt mit enormer Stabilität dafür, dass das kostbare und feine Innenleben vor Verwindungen und Stößen geschützt ist und konstant für beste Performance sorgen kann. Das Innenleben besteht unter anderem aus einem MicroModule und X-Ship Getriebe, was Garanten für eine herausragende Laufruhe und traumhafte Leichtigkeit sind.
