I've been doing the low carb/keto "thing" for 2+ years. Sometimes you get tired of eating so much protein. However, my friend told me to try this Biltong and I AM GLAD I DID. Needless to say the whole bag "mysteriously" disappeared 30 minutes later. All in all, if you like jerky but want high quality meat that isn't just a sugar delivery device I highly recommend this product!
