Dieser schwere Tischwagen aus dem herstellereigenen Baukastensystem von fetra-Transportgeräte ist ein sogenannten Super-MultiVario-Transporter und kann den eigenen Anforderungen entsprechend ergänzt, verändert oder auch ausgetauscht werden. Super-MultiVario-Transporter sind zudem speziell für große Lasten konstruiert.

Dieses Modell mit zwei rechteckigen Plattformen mit rutschsicherer Siebdruckplatte aus wasserfestem Sperrholz ist aus Stahlrohr und Profilstahl geschweißt und pulverbeschichtet. Die Tragkraft der oberen Ladefläche beträgt 500 kg.

Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehört die Beräderung mit zwei Lenkrollen mit Feststellern und zwei Bockrollen mit spurloser, unempfindlicher Elastic-Vollgummi-Bereifung auf Alu-Felgen sowie Naben mit besonders leichtlaufendem Kugellagern. Die hochwertigen Elastic-Vollgummirollen mit Kugellagernaben von fetra ermöglichen eine hervorragende Handlichkeit und einen sehr leichten Lauf.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
