Micro Swiss All Metal Hotend Kit

Eigenschaften:
Dieses Upgrade umfasst ein modifiziertes Wärmedämmrohr und eine modifizierte Düse mit modifiziertem Kühlblock. Das Wärmedämmrohr besteht aus 2 verschiedenen Materialien. Die untere thermische Trennung besteht aus Edelstahl und der kältere obere Teil aus Aluminium. Edelstahl wurde zum thermischen Brechen verwendet, weil es eine geringe Wärmeleitfähigkeit bietet, und Aluminium wurde für den oberen Teil verwendet, weil es eine viel bessere Wärmeleitfähigkeit aufweist, um jegliche Wärme vom Filament abzuleiten. Mit dem gesamten Metall-Hotend können Sie bei einer viel höheren Temperatur als möglich drucken, wenn Sie das Original mit PTFE-Auskleidung verwenden. Ein weiterer Vorteil eines Ganzmetall-Hotend-Designs ist eine konsistentere Steuerung der Schmelzkammer. Während der langsamen Extrusionsrate neigt die Übergangszone von festem zu geschmolzenem Kunststoff in einem mit PTFE ausgekleideten Hotend dazu, nach oben zu kriechen, wodurch fadenförmigere Drucke erzeugt werden. Bei allen Metallkonstruktionen ist eine Übergangszone immer konstant und befindet sich direkt an der Wärmepause. Bei einer schnellen Extrusionsrate hat das PTFE-Rohr nicht genügend Wärmeleitfähigkeit, um den gesamten austretenden Kunststoff richtig zu schmelzen. Bei Originalextrudern tritt diese Begrenzung je nach Düsengröße bei etwa 60 mm / s auf. Alle Metall-Hotends lösen dieses Problem. Kunststoff ist über seine gesamte Länge von einer wärmeleitenden Düse umgeben.

Perfect for my son with EXTREMELY sensitive skin

Although the product listing doesn’t clearly mention it, these diapers are absolutely latex-free, and that’s a huge deal for little ones like ours. Amazon should really make that more obvious in this listing, since latex-free diapers are a necessity for my son. I also found in my research that there was 3rd party testing that found no detectable PFAs in these, but even bambo nature had some detected. The best part? He has had zero reaction to these. No hives, no rash, nothing. On top of that, they’re adorable, highly absorbent, and cost about half as much as the brand we were previously using. I genuinely wish I had tried them sooner. For this price, I wouldn’t even care if Amazon Prime ads were printed on them. I also love the stretch in the tabs and the back waistband area. It’s the perfect amount of flexibility for my very active toddler without feeling flimsy. We have had zero leaks, even overnight. My son actually keeps looking down at them before getting dressed, like he notices and approves of the fun prints compared to his old plain diapers. For the price, quality, and the fact that they actually work for sensitive skin, these have been an excellent find. This is all we will use from now on.
