Optimale VirosPro Sports Hantelbank zum verstellen und klappen. Die Trainingsbank ist ideal für jeden Fitness Liebhaber und trägt eine Belastbarkeit von ca. 110 kg. Die Bank kann man Flach, Schräg oder komplett nach vorn verstellen um aus jedem Winkel den Muskel zu beanspruchen. Man kann verschiedene Übungen ausführen wie z.B. Flachbank drücken, Schrägbank drücken, Schulterdrücken, Butterfly mit Kurzhanteln etc. So kann man ein solides Workout durchführen. Dazu gibt es das Kurzhantel Set von inSPORTline. Das Set ist mit 2x Kurzhantelstangen, 4x 2,5 kg und 4x 1,25 kg Gewichte ausgestattet. Optimale VirosPro Liegestützgriffe eignen sich um Liegestütze oder andere Tätigkeiten mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht auszuführen. Sie sind drehbar um die Hände in verschiedenen Positionen zu fixieren. Man kann vortteilhaft mit den VirosPro Liegestützgriffen an jedem Ort trainieren, ob zu Hause oder im freiem.
