Ausführung: Hydroform

Die Formgebung wird mit der Hydroform Technologie erstellt, somit ist es möglich, die einzigartige Form des Schalldämpfers zu erreichen.
Das Rohr wird durch zwei Matritzenhälften, welche formgebend sind, umschlossen und durch eine unter Druck gesetzte Flüssigkeit in die Form gepresst.
Dadurch ist es möglich ein großvolumigen nahtlosen Schalldämpferhülle herzustellen, welcher trotz des geringen Gewichtes langlebig und stabil ist.
Durch diese aufwendige Herstellungsform ist ein Schalldämpfer gelungen, welcher sich in die Silhouette von Naked- sowie Sport- und Hypersportmotorrädern schmiegt.
