Die gibt es bei uns an jedem Wochenende und ich backe sie auf traditionelle Art. Also mit Weißmehl, Zucker und Butter bzw. Öl, denn nur so schmeckt der Kuchen wie bei Oma. So sehr ich sonst gesundheitsbewusst koche – diesen Luxus gönne ich mir. Allerdings übertreibe ich es weder mit der Zuckermenge noch der Portionsgröße!
