Infos zu Nattokinase 


Nattokinase ist ein Enzym, welches aus der japanischen Speise Natto gewonnen wird.
Natto wird aus fermentierten Sojabohnen hergestellt. Zur Fermentation wird den Bohnen das Bakterium Bacillus subtilis beigefügt, welches für die Entstehung von Nattokinase verantwortlich ist.
Diese wird seit mehr als 1.000 Jahren in Japan nicht nur wegen seines guten Geschmacks gegessen sondern auch wegen dessen grundlegende Funktion, Proteine zu spalten als Volksheilmittel verwendet.
