Die Weinberge erstrecken sich über 28 Hektar im Weinanbaugebiet Barolo in den Crus Bussia, Mariondino und Coste di Monforte. Parusso Metodo Classico wird aus Nebbiolo-Trauben hergestellt, die weiß vinifiziert werden. Die Trauben werden von Hand in Weinbergen in der Provinz Monforte d'Alba in einer Höhe zwischen 250 und 450 m über dem Meeresspiegel ausgewählt und geerntet. Hier profitieren die Trauben von einer südlichen Lage und Böden aus mergeligem Sandstein und Kalkstein. Die Gärung erfolgt mit einheimischen Hefen und nach der Vinifizierung verbleibt der Wein für etwa 36 Monate in der Flasche auf der Hefe, bevor er degorgiert wird. Dieser piemontesische Schaumwein hat eine brillante goldgelbe Farbe und eine feine und anhaltende Perlage. In der Nase entfaltet er Aromen von reifem Steinobst und kleinen roten Früchten. Am Gaumen ist er frisch und elegant mit einer ausgeprägten Säure. Der Abgang ist lang und angenehm und erinnert an Noten von Himbeere und Erdbeere. Es ist ein lebendiger Wein, der gut zu Fischgerichten passt, auch mit Tomate, und auch hervorragend zu Lachs.Shipping Notes

A Good Casual Shirt

This shirt is just what I was looking for. A relatively cheap, casual button down for summer outings, brunches, and dinner.
It fit well, but is a little slim around the waste so I would maybe size-up. I got a large and it feels more like a medium around the waste, but the length is good. The material is definitely cheap but cool enough for the summer, and more casual than some of my other button downs that I felt overdressed with.
For the price you really can't complain. You don't have to worry about ruining it, but it looks high quality than it is.
