Traditionell chinesischer Gua Sha aus natürlichem Obsidian Stein zur Verbesserung der Hautelastizität und Stra6ung der Konturen. Die fließenden Streichungen mit dem Tool fördern die Durchblutung der Hautoberfläche und wirken stra6end und modellierend.

 

ANWENDUNG 

Vor der Anwendung einige Tropfen Gesichtsöl auf der Haut verteilen.
Nutzen Sie den Gua Sha mit sanftem, aber festem Druck.


1 Mit der Bauchseite des Gua Sha am Nacken beginnend Richtung Schultern streichen, dann am Hals von unten nach oben, Kehlkopf aussparen.

2 Am Unterkiefer mit dem 'Kopf' des Schabers von unterhalb des Kinns bis unter die Ohren schaben.

3 Mit der 'Flosse' den Kieferknochen entlang von der Mitte des Kinns bis unter die Ohren streichen.

4 Von der Gesichtsmitte nach außen Richtung Haaransatz bis hoch zur Stirn weiterarbeiten.

5 Mit der 'Flosse' den Augenbereich stimulieren, dabei mit der Hand die Haut Richtung Haaransatz ziehen.

6 Auf der Stirn mit der Bauchseite des Gua Sha in mehreren Bahnen Richtung Haaransatz fahren.

7 Das Dekolleté mit der Bauchseite von innen nach außen ausstreichen, dabei unten beginnen.
