Material:
Mit waagrechten, geraden, wirbelstromgeprüften Präzisionsstahlrohren 20 x 1,2 mm in Radiatorengüte und einseitig senkrechten Sonderprofilen 40 x 80 mm. Die Horizontalrohre sind in Rohrbündeln mit den Vertikalprofilen verbunden, zwischen denen verschiedene Lücken vorgesehen werden, um Handtücher zu Trocknungszwecken einlegen zu können.

Produktion:
Die Verbindungen zwischen Horizontal – und Vertikalrohren sind ohne sichtbare Nähte hartgelötet. Der gelötete Heizkörper wird phosphatiert, geschliffen und danach verchromt.

Verpackung und technische Daten:
Montagefertig inclusive 1 Befestigungsset (variabler Wandabstand) sowie 1 Stück Verschluss- und 1 Stück Entlüftungsstopfen. Darüber hinaus ist an einem Vertikalprofil oben ein Anschluss G ½“ für die Entlüftung vorgesehen. Der Heizkörper ist für den Betrieb mit elektrischen Heizstäben geeignet. Die Konstruktion entspricht den Anforderungen der Arbeitssicherheit gemäß den Richtlinien der gesetzlichen Unfallversicherer (GUV). Heizkörper mit Kantenschutz in Karton verpackt und mit Folie verschweißt.

These are the same design. the stitching is close, the pattern in the leather is the same. But they are so much cheaper. There is no real leather. It's all synthetic. The sole is not the same quality of rubber. The stitching is not as good. They look fine, brand new, yet I am sure they will not last. these are cheap. They also cost less, so I guess they are an average value, but I am very annoyed.
