Dieser ausdrucksstarke Sauvignon Blanc stammt vom biologisch bewirtschafteten Glassierhof in Südtirol aus der Einzellage „Geboch“. Geprägt von alpinem Mikroklima und kalkhaltigen Böden entfaltet der Wein eine kühle Aromatik mit Noten von grüner Paprika, Zitronenzeste, Holunderblüte und einem Hauch Kräuterwürze.
