VENTILVAR 2000

Es handelt sich um eine feste Halbscheibe mit einer diamantierten Oberfläche der riemenseitigen Riemenscheibe und einem neu gestalteten Arbeitswinkel, um den Übersetzungsbereich weiter zu vergrößern. Diese Komponente vervollständigt den Multivar und macht ihn unvergleichlich. Es wurde speziell für die Baureihe der drehzahlvariablen Antriebe für Motorroller entwickelt und verbessert die Leistung des Antriebsriemens weiter. Es handelt sich nicht nur um ein einfaches Zubehörteil, sondern um ein sehr wichtiges Bauteil, das die Langlebigkeit aller Getriebekomponenten garantiert. Die in den Kurbelgehäusen der mit Keilriemen arbeitenden Variatoren entstehenden Temperaturen sind in kritischen Momenten untragbar, und bestimmte Teile wie Antriebsriemen und Variatorrollen erleiden manchmal irreparable Schäden. Es gibt Fälle, in denen die Rollen sogar den Schmelzpunkt erreichen können. Der Ventilvar hat neben anderen Vorteilen eine höhere Kühlleistung als die ursprüngliche Halbscheibe; ein Ergebnis, das ihn für sicheres und sportliches Fahren unverzichtbar macht.
