Dies ist das Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Viki und zwei absoluten Experten ihres Fachs: Tobias Bätz und Jörg Osswald, beides langjährige Spitzenköche und die kreativen Köpfe hinter der Sojasaucenbrauerei Papa Mame. 

Mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung und ihrem Gespür für Qualität haben sich Tobias und Jörg zur Aufgabe gemacht, Sojasaucen zu brauen, die alles andere als Massenware sind. Keine industrielle Bearbeitung, keine Zusatzstoffe – einfach reine Handwerkskunst. Die Rohstoffe kommen überwiegend vom Demeter-zertifizierten Biohof Walz in der Nähe von Amberg – das schmeckt man! Und natürlich wird nichts dem Zufall überlassen: Diese Sojasauce reift ganze 12 Monate in fränkischen Weinfässern, die dem Umami-Erlebnis einen herrlich tiefen, vollmundigen Charakter verleihen.
