Hergestellt aus 13 sorgfältig ausgewählten Botanicals, darunter unbehandelte Wacholderbeeren, Koriander, Zitronenschalen, Angelikawurzel, Ingwer, Lavendelblüten, Kubebenpfeffer sowie die regionaltypischen Zutaten Hopfenblüten und Malz, vereint dieser Gin Tradition und Innovation. Die Destillation erfolgt in kleinen Kupferbrennblasen, wobei der Gin nach der zweifachen Destillation und Filtration für mehrere Wochen im Edelstahltank ruht, um seine Aromen vollständig zu entfalten.
