Der biologische Säureabbau vollzog sich in Eichenfässern. Die Weine reiften 25 Monate in kleinen Eichenfässern, nach der Vermählung zum Cuvée reifte der Wein für 6 Monate im großen Holzfass.
In der Farbe tiefdunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, dezente Ockerrandaufhellung. Zart nach Nougat und reifen dunklen Beeren, ein Hauch von Feigen und Kandierten Orangenzesten, mit Edelholzwürze unterlegt. Saftig, reife Herzkirschen, feine Säurestruktur, runde Tannine, bleibt lange haften, bereits gut entwickelt, feiner Schokotouch im Abgang, sicheres Entwicklungspotenzial.

Good Size and Quality, But Strong Odor

These bags are a nice size and seem durable, especially for larger items. However, they arrived with a very strong odor that was noticeable as soon as I opened the package. I'm hoping the smell fades over time, but it was disappointing and worth mentioning. Overall, the bags are functional, but the odor keeps me from giving a higher rating.
