Regal mit symmetrisch angeordneten Fächern zur passgenauen Lagerung von Brettspielen sowie für eine nahezu lückenlose Befüllung und maximale Nutzungsdichte. Für die gängigsten Schachtelformate geeignet. Bietet je nach Variante Platz für 70 bis 80 große und mittlere Spiele zum exakten Einstapeln sowie für 30 bis 80 weitere Karten- und kleine Brettspielboxen. In 9 Farbdekoren erhältlich.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Lieferung und der Vor-Ort-Aufbau des EXAKT High5 erfolgt durch uns persönlich. Die integrierten höhenverstellbaren Füße ermöglichen das Regal mit Wandkontakt fest aufzustellen. Zusätzlich empfehlen wir euch das Regal an der Wand zu fixieren - eine Wandmontage können wir selbst jedoch nicht vornehmen.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns.
