Die Lampe weist einige altersbedingte Gebrauchsspuren auf (und einen Kratzer auf einer Seite des Bildschirms – siehe Foto), ist aber insgesamt in einem sehr guten Vintage-Zustand.

Geschichte: Christian Dell war ein deutscher Designer mit einer spannenden Erfahrung als Silberschmied, was den Sinn für Details in seiner Arbeit erklärt. Von 1922 bis 1925 wirkte er als Vorsitzender der Bauhaus-Metallwerkstatt in Weimar. Hier stand Dell hinter einem sehr innovativen und bahnbrechenden Designstil. Der Bauhaus-Stil nimmt in der Kulturgeschichte des 20. Jahrhunderts einen ganz eigenen Platz ein und umfasst Architektur, Design, Kunst und neue Medien. Das Bauhaus war eine der ersten Bildungseinrichtungen im Bereich Design und vereinte mehrere der herausragendsten Architekten und Künstler der Zeit
