Das von uns meistgenutzte und am meisten geschätzte Zubehör ist ganz klar die Plancha. Es rutscht nichts durch, es tropft kein Fett, es zerreißt nichts beim Wenden und Bewegen. Einfach alles ist besser in einer Plancha. Und Die Plancha von Otto Wilde ist die beste, die wir bisher gesehen haben. Ganz klar inspiriert von den Grillplatten wie sie in der Gastronomie verwendet werden, erfüllt sie alles, was man sich von einer Plancha wünschen kann. Hohe, durchgehende Kanten, damit nichts überläuft und das Gargut gegen die Kanten geschoben werden kann. Eine Ablaufkante vorne, mit einem Fettfangbehälter der genug Volumen hat. Unter der Plancha wird Hitze gestaut, für mehr Leistung und kontinuierliche Hitze. Alles aus Massivem Edelstahl und  damit Pfelegeleicht und extrem langlebig. Ich kann mir keine bessere vorstellen.

Griffe, Spachtel, Handschuhe, Haube und double-cheeseburger nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten
