Grappoli del Grillo ist Marco de Bartolis trockener Weißwein — die frische, unkomplizierte Seite der Grillo-Traube, die in den oxidativen Weinen des Hauses eine ganz andere Rolle spielt. Biozertifiziert, im Stahltank ausgebaut, soll dieser Wein die Rebsorte in ihrer reinsten Form zeigen: mineralisch, frisch, sizilianisch.

Grillo von den Kalksteinboden der Westkuste Siziliens, biologisch bewirtschaftet. Stahltank-Ausbau, um die Frucht und die Mineralität zu bewahren. Spontanvergärung, minimale Schwefelung. Der 2023er ist jung und frisch — trinken Sie ihn, solange er strahlt.

Blasses Strohgelb. In der Nase Zitrus, weisser Pfirsich, Jasmin und ein Hauch Meersalz. Am Gaumen lebendig und mineralisch, mit einer knackigen Säure und einem sauberen, salzigen Finish, das an das sizilianische Meer erinnert. Zu gegrilltem Fisch, Caponata, Pasta con le Sarde oder als Aperitif am Abend.
