Die Produktion erfolgt endlos mit zuvor gegossenen Wachsblöcken aus eigenem Bienenwachs. Die Blöcke werden im Wasserbad erwärmt und dann endlos durchgewalzt. Die Stärke der Mittelwände kann präzise an der Maschine eingestellt werden. Aus den aufgerollten Mittelwänden kann dann das gewünschte Format ausgeschnitten werden. Durch das durchwalzen kann schnell und ohne Wartezeit produziert werden.

Durch die vorgegebene Wabenform werden die Mittelwände in den Bienen Beuten schneller, gleichmäßig und vollständig von den Bienen genutzt und aufgebaut. Das Ergebnis ist ein zusätzlicher Ertrag. Standardzellmaß von 5,4 mm: Passend für die meisten europäischen Bienenvölker
