Der Chardonnay Les Plantes 2023 von Gaspard Brochet ist ein stiller Wein aus der Champagne, der die Feinheit des Terroirs von Écueil (Premier Cru) in puristischer Form zeigt. Die Reben wachsen auf kalkreichen Böden der Montagne de Reims und bringen einen Wein hervor, der Präzision, Energie und Tiefe vereint.

Im Glas zeigt sich ein karger, mineralischer Stil mit Noten von weißen Blüten, Zitrusfrüchten und feinem Holz. Die Struktur ist straff und langanhaltend – ein Burgunder-geprägter Ausdruck der Champagne, wie ihn nur wenige Winzer so präzise erzeugen.
