In Robo Rally: Transformers, players can choose from six Transformers robots, each with their own upgrades that give them unique benefits and identities. Players can switch between bot and alt (or vehicle) modes to better navigate the many roads, buildings, and obstacles that make up each race. The game features four new double-sided game boards, depicting the urban and desert landscapes of Velocitron.
