Die Öffnungen in der Scheibe in Form des Tanaka Logos sind computergesteuert ausgelasert, um eine gleichmäßig verteilte Flexibilität und gleichzeitig eine maximale Durchsicht während Rotation und Benutzung zu gewährleisten.
Die See-Thru™ Diamantscheiben biegen sich vom Moment der Berührung. Sie erlauben so die optimale Kontrolle beim axialen Konturieren, kehren aber beim Ausarbeiten der Fissuren umgehend in ihre flache Form zurück.
So können scharfe interdentale Kontakte ebenso präzise ausgearbeitet werden wie Fissuren zwischen den Höckern.
Dank einer innovativen Metallpulverisierungsmethode bei der Herstellung sind metallische Verunreinigungen oder Verfärbungen in Benutzung ausgeschlossen.
Die See-Thru™ Diamantscheibe wird auf Mandrell montiert, einzeln verpackt ausgeliefert.
Tanaka See-Thru Diamond Disks are made from a thermoplastic composite material, which is impregnated with diamond particles yet retaining its plastic flexibility and memory.
See-Thru Disks are ultra-thin for precise cutting in narrow spaces, yet strong enough for general contour finishing with durability and long life.
The laser cut Tanaka logo perforations are computer designed to ensure even flexure distribution while providing maximum visibility through the rotating disk of all surfaces during use.
See-Thru™ Disks flex from point of contact, for complete control during axial contouring, and return to their flat shape immediately as the disks move into groove areas.
Crisp sharp interproximals and sharply defined intercusp grooves are easily achieved, and since advanced powder metallurgy is used in the binding process, there is no metallic contamination or discoloration.
Tanaka See-Thru Diamond Disks are supplied mounted on a precision mandrel and packed in individual storage cases.
