Zubereitung leicht gemacht:

Braten in der Pfanne:

  1. Gefrorene Momos mit etwas Pflanzenöl in einer Pfanne goldbraun anbraten.

  2. Ca. 2dl Wasser hinzufügen, Deckel schliessen und 10 Minuten dämpfen lassen.

Dämpfen im Bambus Steamer:

  1. Wasser zum Kochen bringen.

  2. Bambus Steamer mit gelochtem Dampfpapier (gratis dabei) auslegen.

  3. Gefrorene Momos locker im Steamer verteilen und 15 Minuten dämpfen.

Frisch und gefroren geliefert:

Unsere Momos werden direkt nach der Herstellung tiefgefroren und in einer speziellen Isolierverpackung mit Trockeneis versendet. So garantieren wir, dass sie dich schweizweit in perfektem Zustand erreichen.
