Dabei orientiert das Weingut sich eher an dem traditionellen Sortenspiegel der Bramaterra Region. Der Spontangrung folgt Maische und Lagerzeit in franzsicher Eiche, sowie ein Jahr auf der Flasche, bevor der Al Forte nach insgesamt drei
