Thera-Band® Handtrainer dienen der Kräftigung von Hand, Fingern, Unterarm sowie dem Koordinationstraining. Sie können zudem zum Stressabbau und zur Kälte- (Kühlschrank) und Wärmetherapie (Mikrowelle, warmes Wasser) eingesetzt werden. Die Handtrainer sind einfach zu reinigen und bieten durch fünf verschiedene Härtegrade, vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeiten in Therapie, Sport, Fitness und Wellness.

Die XL-Version der Handtrainer wurde speziell für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen (z. B. bei Arthritis) und Personen mit grossen Händen entwickelt, die die Bälle zur Therapie oder zum Kraft- bzw. Koordinationstraining einsetzen möchten. Die XL-Version ist um ein Drittel grösser als die Standardversion des Handtrainers. Mit ihr lassen sich die gleichen Übungen wie mit der Standardversion, sowie Kälte- und Wärmetherapie durchführen.

However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.
