Little millet (55%), Sooji (36%)
Hydrogenated Oil, Bengal Gram Dal, Salt, Mustard, Cooking Soda, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves.

Cooking Steps:

To make idli batter, add 1 cup of idli mix to 1 cup of idli mix with 1 cup of curd, mix well.

Steam the batter in idli vessel for 10-12 min.
Serve hot!

Makes up to 15 idlis.
