コーヒーの生産地として名高いブラジル ミナスジェライス州のカンポダスベルテンチス地区に位置する、「グアリロバ農園」から届いた特別なコーヒーをご紹介します。
グアリロバ農園は2016年のCOE（カップ・オブ・エクセレンス）にて優勝した経験もある、国内でトップクラスのコーヒーを生産する農園です。
100年以上のコーヒー生産の歴史があるグアリロバ農園ですが、伝統製法の素晴らしさはそのままに、最新の技術を加えた生産も行われています。
特に近年は発酵方法を確立させ、独特でクリアなフレーバーを持つコーヒーを生産しています。
今回c_thought coffeeで取り扱うロットは、Double Carbonic Maceration（ダブル・カーボニックマセレーション）という精製処理がされており、乳酸菌発酵・アルコール発酵の二度の嫌気性発酵を経て、独特の味わいを生み出しています。
品種はYellow Catucai（イエローカトゥカイ）、レッドハニー製法・アフリカンベッドスロードライを採用しているため、とろみのある舌触りや、程よい果実の甘い香りが感じられます。
アロマは山椒や黒胡椒のようなスパイシーで強い香りを感じ、味わいは甘く黒糖のようにも感じられます。
冷めてくると甘さを伴うグレープのようなフルーツの酸味も感じられるなど、とにかく複雑で印象がコロコロと変わる面白い一杯となっています。

Nice choice for after shave oil

I couldn’t wait to try this after shave oil after using Vogcrest’ facial trimmer (which works wonders also!) on my eyebrows and other areas this afternoon. The smell isn’t loud as anticipated, though it is like an earthy scent but it doesn’t stick after the oil dries. As seen in the video, the consistency isn’t too thick to be applied to the face, or anywhere else after shaving. I put it on my hand to give an idea of the absorption and consistency. It rubs in easily and settles in the skin nicely. I’ve tried others that are too thick, or leave like a sticky after feel, which this doesn’t. Glad I tried this out! I look forward to seeing if it slows the regrowth or not. May come back & update.

I like it
Great after-shave product. It deeply moisturizes the skin and even makes my tattoo look more vibrant and defined. I haven’t noticed any significant effect on slowing hair growth yet, but it completely prevents irritation and leaves the skin feeling smooth and comfortable.
For the price, it’s an excellent product and definitely worth trying.
