Karya ini terinspirasi dari kisah Adam yang diciptakan dari tanah, diberi pendamping dan kekayaan bumi, namun gagal menahan ego hingga terusir dari Eden. Kisah ini direfleksikan pada manusia modern yang dibutakan ambisi, terus mengejar kemajuan tanpa memikirkan dampaknya. Ini adalah kritik terhadap sifat rakus manusia yang merusak alam dan menindas sesama. Sebagai karya Seni Figuratif Abstrak yang provokatif, lukisan ini merupakan bagian penting dari koleksi Seni Indonesia di 2madison Gallery, sebuah Galeri Jakarta yang menjadi tolok ukur dalam kancah Galeri Seni Indonesia.

Description:
This artwork is inspired by the story of Adam, who was created from the earth, granted a companion and the riches of the world, yet failed to resist his ego and was cast out of Eden. This narrative is reflected in modern humanity, blinded by ambition and endlessly chasing progress without considering its consequences. This Figurative Abstract Art piece is a highlight of Art Indonesia, exclusively curated at 2madison Gallery, a prominent Gallery Jakarta showcasing exceptional talent within the Art Gallery Indonesia ecosystem.


TENTANG SENIMAN :

Reydo Respati lahir di Balikpapan pada tahun 1989 dan saat ini berdomisili di Jakarta. Ia menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana di Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), FSRD Universitas Trisakti, dan melanjutkan studi Magister Desain di FSRD Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Selain mengajar, Reydo juga aktif membina FADeS, sebuah komunitas seni yang berfokus pada pengembangan seni untuk pendidikan. Ia telah aktif berpameran sejak tahun 2015. Sejak 2022, Reydo menjalin kerja sama dengan 2Madison Gallery Jakarta, khususnya dalam kegiatan edukasi dan pameran seni.

Karya-karya Reydo berbasis pada teknik drawing dengan pendekatan mix media. Ia banyak mengangkat isu-isu seputar dampak modernitas, kemajuan teknologi, dan eksistensi manusia, yang diekspresikan melalui interpretasi ulang terhadap simbol-simbol peradaban. Pendekatan seperti jukstaposisi, repetisi, dan fragmentasi digunakan untuk merepresentasikan absurditas dan ambiguitas zaman.

Helped a bit with barrier, but it must be used very sparingly, and didn't improve fine lines for me.
I had mixed feelings about this eye cream. On paper, the combination of ingredients such as retinol, niacinamide, and centella sounded promising, especially for targeting texture and supporting the skin barrier. However, in practice, I found the formula to be a bit too strong for my sensitive eye area. I had to be very careful not to apply it too close to my eyes to avoid irritation. The cream is very thin and lightweight, and I found that it did absorb well without leaving too much of a greasy residue once applied. After about two weeks of consistent use, I did notice some positive changes. The skin under my eyes felt slightly more elastic, and my skin barrier seemed to be benefiting overall, which I appreciated. That said, I didn’t see any real improvement in fine lines or firmness, which is one of the main reasons I reach for an eye cream with retinol in the first place. The price point is definitely affordable, but it also feels like a case of getting what you pay for. While it’s not a bad product, it didn’t stand out enough for me to consider replacing my regular eye cream. At the end of the day, skincare is a long game. What we do now often shows up years down the line, so I do think it’s worth investing in higher-quality formulas when possible. For me, this one was just okay: some mild benefits, but ultimately unremarkable.

I’m two jars in and love it. I do use Botox, retinol, a good face wash, wash moisturize twice daily, etc etc. I struggle with moisturizer because I’m prone to breakouts. A thick and rich cream that smooths on nicely!
So I jumped on the Korean skincare bandwagon and decided to purchase some of the DR MELAXIN Products to try! I read many good reviews and decided it was worth the money. This first product is the Dr Melaxin Calcium cemenrete calcium volume cream. It comes in a 1.76 ounce glass jar. On the label there is a lot of word descriptions so I will add a few: Ex volume firming, rebornic 10,000 ppm hydrolyzed elastin and collagen extract. I have photographed label for viewing. The directions indicate to "apply a small amount of cream onto your face especially around the under-eye area". I found the cream thick and rich and I used it in addition to another Dr Melaxin neck and face product so I concentrated on only neck and under eye area. It is neutral in scent and is very thick so it feels like it is absorbing nicely. I have been using it for about a month now and have definitely noticed some improvement in the neck area so i will continue to use and layer with other products. I do recommend this line as the ingredients seem effective so far!
