Directions
As a nutritional supplement, add 2 scoops (~10g) COLLAGEN-T1 to your favorite beverage/smoothie, or sprinkle over your breakfast, or dissolve in 150ml water and consume. Serving size may HALVED to suit your requirements, i.e. 1 scoop (5g)
