▪︎Inserts are NOT included. There is only a small opening for fillings which is typical of cover of this sort. The maker will fill it up with bits of cloth or sheep wool and stitched it up.

The Berbers take their inspirations from their life and surroundings. They can also be from daily rituals, beliefs, customs, plants, animals and festivals and ceremonies. 

This pillow is made of cotton and wool. It has been woven in panels of different geometric diamond (representation of womanhood) and zig zag (the river, hence life itself) design with each panel separated by straight lines in multi coloured rows of embroideries

It is normal that the front and back are woven in one piece but the back is usually in simpler design as in this piece.
