Pale yellow. Floral hints with apple and citrus. A classic expression of Chardonnay. Nice minerality.
The Bourgogne Chardonnay is a blend of various grapes coming mainly from Côte d'Or and Mâconnais.
The various wines are blended after a traditional vinification. Aging lasts 8 to 10 months in oak barrels from our cooperage or in stainless steel vats before being bottled.
