How to prepare the infusion:
To achieve the product's beneficial effects, measure 1 serving (2.5g) of the Fruit and Herb blend (using the included measuring cup). Brew traditionally by pouring boiled, hot water over the blend in a 200ml glass or mug. For optimal flavor, steep for no longer than 5-10 minutes. Consume according to the instructions, or twice daily, once before breakfast and once after lunch. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (5g = 2 scoops). This tea is a supplement to a balanced and healthy diet, not a substitute.
NOTE! The packaging includes a measuring cup for measuring the recommended portion of the product in grams.
Store in a dry place, below 25°C, out of reach of small children.
Protect from light. After opening and each use, ensure the container is properly closed.
Protect from moisture. The "Best before end" and batch number are on the packaging.
