• Maschinen Krieger Blech Mann, a mixed media comic by Kow Yokoyama that blended photos of scratch built models with illustrations
• AD Police 25:00, Tony Takezaki's Bubblegum Crisis spin-off that featured a contained story every chapter and English (!) translations for some reason
• A short Riding Bean comic by Kenichi Sonoda
• The Advanced Asparas, a serialized story featuring illustrations by Kazutaka Miyatake
• Fantastic Creature World by Yasushi Nirasawa, an illustrated feature that documented a new monster each issue
• Articles about the spacecraft of Space Battleship Yamato, Rhea Gall Force (under the working title Gall Force 2089), the mechanics of Gerry Anderson shows, and a lot more
