Pairing a balsa core with twin titanal laminates is an innovative move from the Nordica design team. The result? Super solid, super stable at speed, really good on hard snow, and yet, with a lighter, easier to steer feel. Additionally, the balsa core extends further into the tip and tail shape, reducing the length of the ABS spacers that make up the end of the ski. This new tip and tail design lightens the ski a bit, but reduces swing weight considerably. This is another reason whey this ski feels so light and easy on the snow.
