Message from Creator

Nitro (They/Them) was conceptualized in late 2021. We got the idea for their character when a team member fell victim to a Discord Nitro scam and their account became compromised. At the time, Troubleshootin' had come first place in the ""F3 Mod Jam"": a huge competition in the FNF community space to make a mod within a week, and we were very eager to expand on what we made without time constraints. As silly as it sounds, if that scam had never happened, Troubleshootin' would never have become arguably the most important project in our lives in the past 5 years, and it's something that we must see through to the end. We previously created a Torrent plushie and felt that it'd be a wasted opportunity *not* to pursue creating more of the main cast, and maybe some of the supporting cast too (Cosmo, BIOS) if the demand is there!"
