Harvested, distilled and bottled on estate from either direct sourced, wild foraged or organic botanicals: Wild juniper (Macedonia), grapefruit zest (Gisborne, NZ), coriander seed (Hawke's Bay, NZ), organic hops (Motueka, NZ), wild kawakawa fruit (Kaikoura, NZ) and wild gorse flower (Marlborough, NZ).
