The North Edge Tools Nomad is a 3" everyday fixed blade built by Dustin North out of a one-man shop in Colorado. Every Nomad is made by hand, from the grinding to the finishing, and ships with a Kydex pocket sheath fitted with a DCC pocket clip for front pocket carry. The sheath eyelets are spaced at 1/2" OC, making it compatible with Ulticlips and most aftermarket sheath accessories. Acid splash AEB-L finish, only the second time Dustin has done Nomads with this finish. 285 Woodworks Maple Burl Hybrid scales: maple burl with swirled resin in the middle from 285 Woodworks, a USA maker. The dark gray and brown tones shift with the resin pattern. 6.75" overall, 3" blade, 1/8" stock. Every one is different in small ways. That is what a hand-made knife looks like.
Note from Lone Star Knife & Supply: The Maple Burl Hybrid Nomad with acid splash is a combination of two distinctive materials. The acid splash blade finish is rare from Dustin, and the 285 Woodworks scales bring a natural burl pattern interrupted by swirled resin that makes every knife look different.
