Always be gentle with your barbell when you are twisting on the ball so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening. If you continue twisting the ball past the point where it reaches a soft, natural stopping place at the end of it's threading, you will most likely dislodge them and damage your jewelry.

To sanitize the jewelry before insertion, please use only warm water and antibacterial soap. Make sure to dry the jewelry after sanitizing. Do not boil the jewelry or use rubbing alcohol or saline, because these methods can damage the finish.

All items in my store are put together by hand, and I always check all jewelry prior to shipment to make sure that they are functional and meet my high quality standards. Due to sanitary reasons, my store does not accept any returns and I only sell brand-new, unused jewelry. However, I am always happy to assist with exchanges.
