Doorstop sizes
Small: 115 x 115 x 180 mm (4.5 x 4.5 x 7 inches) approx. 2KG
Medium: 135 x 135 x 240 mm high (5.5 x 5.5 x 9.5 inches) approx. 3 - 4 KG
Large: 160 x 160 x 260 mm high (6.5 x 6.5 x 11 inches) approx 5KG
These Door Stops are made to order from kiln dried English Oak, this is a completely dried and stable material that will not develop any splits or cracks, and is more akin to something you would find in a high street store.
These doorstops like our others have low profile rubber feet recessed into the base to keep it off the ground, and help it grip the floor, also allowing a natural air gap beneath the doorstop allowing the wood to breath.
Our kiln dried doorstops are finished in several coats of Natural Tung Oil, which is completely maintenance free, however like all natural wood furniture, it would benefit from a clean and a fresh coat of oil applied occasionally.

Custom orders are welcome as we can also make them to any size or shape you require.
Oak naturally contain tannins, which can sometimes wash out if the product is left outside in heavy rain. This may cause brown marks, especially on porous surfaces such as natural stone patios. These tannin stains are completely natural and not permanent, they will gradually fade as they are washed by rainfall and exposed to sunlight. If you prefer, they can be removed quickly with the correct solution. Please DO NOT use standard household detergents or off-the-shelf stain removers, these rarely work and may even fix the stain in place. If your product does leave a mark, please contact us, we will be happy to provide you with the right cleaner and instruction to remove it safely.
