Both hard plate and soft armor panel formats fit the interior plate pocket. The skeletonized MOLLE cummerbund and all webbing follow standard PALS spacing, meaning nearly any MOLLE-compatible pouch, holster, or accessory from any manufacturer will attach without modification.

Size guidance: The Regular fits most average adult builds worn over standard duty uniforms or base layers. The 2XL/3XL variant, sold separately by MPN, is cut for larger frames. When in doubt, size up rather than down, particularly if you wear the vest over a thick uniform or gear layer.
