E’ la pasta ideale per modellare e creare decorazioni tridimensionali.Grazie al giusto equilibrio di burro di cacao e zuccheri, garantisce risultati perfetti con ogni tipo di clima. Non secca immediatamente, lasciando il tempo di correggere le imperfezioni. E’ possibile lavorare nuovamente la decorazione anche a distanza di tempo. La Pasta Model è resistente ed elastica e può essere modellata senza rompersi;  una volta lavorata mantiene la forma desiderata. Presenta un leggero e piacevole gusto di vaniglia. Il prodotto si presenta sodo e compatto. Si suggerisce di manipolarlo per qualche minuto per ottenere una consistenza morbida. Per accelerare il processo di ammorbidimento, il prodotto potrà essere inserito per qualche secondo in forno a microonde. Modellare a piacere e lasciare riposare fino a rendere dura la decorazione. Posizionare la decorazione sulla torta. La Pasta Model può essere utilizzata anche per la copertura delle torte, la creazione di fiori e di altri motivi decorativi
