The protectors are equipped with comfortable 4-way stretch, providing optimal freedom of movement. The Physio Ankle Protector 4-way stretch is helpful for ankle issues. Due to its high elasticity, it is ideal for sports activities and everyday use. The unique Welltex technology with fused ceramic particles reflects body heat in the form of infrared warmth—a form of energy that enhances well-being. As with all Back on Track products, you should gradually get used to the effect of Back on Track. During the first 2 to 3 days, the products should be used for a maximum of 4 hours per day. After the adaptation phase, the wearing time can be extended to at least 8 hours or more. For maximum effect, the products should be used intensively. Entertaining, informative, without being overwhelming.

Got it for, basically, half-off standard retail. At that price, it's a fine addition to the WWII library. Some interesting information displayed in a mostly entertaining way. I get that battle maps are always a challenge (maps are static - battles are dynamic). This does a fairly adequate job - better than most battle maps - though far from groundbreaking. item arrived well packed - no issues with binding (as some others seem to report). Though the book overall is a bit "warped" and several of the maps are mis-printed or mis-cut as to make them unusable. 3 bad out of 300 - not horrible - again at the price I paid. If the subject interest you - I'd suggest getting - but not a "must have".
