Suggestions
Mix this product with at least 8 ounces a full glass of water or other fluid. This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Adults and children 12 years or older Oone teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Children 6 to under 12 years of age 1/2 teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Children under 6 years of age consult a doctor.

Great product!
Great exfoliating product! Doesn’t hurt your skin, just takes the nice top dead layer of skin off. I prefer the white head solution because I feel it does more than the black head at taking off that layer of dead skin. I use it once a week and my face feels like a baby’s butt when I’m done!
