Utilising the highest quality protein and complex carbohydrate sources with the macronutrient profile to match, Eat Up is designed to replicate a REAL athlete’s meal. Loaded with vitamins and minerals, added Truserv fruit and veg blend and enriched with organically derived Panmol B-Complex & DigeZyme to optimise digestion and absorption, you can rest easy that every time you Eat Up your nutrition is 100% dialled in as it would be with a whole food meal.

Rolled Scottish Oat Flour (Gluten), Rice Flour, Sweet Potato Powder, Micellar Casein (Milk), Whey Protein Concentrate 80% (Milk), Egg Albumen Powder (Egg), Cocoa Powder, TruServ Fruit & Veg Blend (Spinach, Broccoli, Carrot, Beet, Tomato, Apple, Cranberry, Orange Peel, Blueberry, Strawberry, Flowing Agent (Silicon Dioxide)), Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Panmol B-Complex (Quinoa Powder), Sodium Chloride, Sweetener (Sucralose), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), DigeZyme (Amylase, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase & Neutral Protease).
Eat Up is a super versatile shake designed to cover a multitude of dietary requirements for athletes of all shapes and sizes. You can use one scoop through to four scoops depending on your daily calorie requirements. As a reference point we recommend mixing 2 scoops (105g) with 400ml of water. If you want to increase calories add full fat milk for a delicious creamy mass gainer.
